We prioritize your satisfaction, but if something is wrong with your order, please reach out to us as soon as you receive it. Sending us a photo of the item, particularly for plants or seeds, along with your order number to galactic.gateway.llc@gmail.com, can help us address the issue efficiently. Please note that we cannot be responsible for issues arising from extreme weather, neglect, natural events beyond our control, or failure to follow the recommended hardiness zones.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase within 30 business days after we receive your return. If your plants or seeds arrive damaged, you can send a photo along with the product label and order information to galactic.gateway.llc@gmail.com within 30 business days. Make sure to include your order number and shipping details.

Return Period
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. If you find that your plants or seeds are damaged or fail to grow, please send us a photo and your order number to galactic.gateway.llc@gmail.com within 30 days. We will then process a refund or replacement based on your situation.

Shipping/Delivery Policy
We aim to ship your items within two days of purchase. We select the best shipping carrier for your area, including USPS or UPS. Orders are processed after credit card authorization and verification. UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday, with exceptions on holidays.

Shipping and Handling Costs
Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery location. These fees are determined at checkout.
